കാലാവസ്ഥ വ്യതിയാനവും വർധിച്ചുവരുന്ന ചൂടും മനുഷ്യ ജീവിതത്തെ പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലാക്കുന്ന കാലത്തുകൂടിയാണ് കേരളം കടന്നുപോകുന്നത്. വർധിച്ചുവരുന്ന വരുന്ന എകദേശം 40 ഡിഗ്രിയോട് അടുത്തുനിൽക്കുന്ന ചൂടിൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങാൻ സാധിക്കാത്ത വിധം ജനങ്ങളുടെ ദൈനംദിന ജീവിതത്തെ തന്നെ ബാധിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഈ പ്രതികൂല കാലാവസ്ഥ നിരവധി ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്‌നങ്ങൾക്ക് കാരണമാകുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇത്തരത്തിൽ വർധിച്ചുവരുന്ന ചൂട് ആരോഗ്യത്തെ മാത്രമല്ല കേരളത്തിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക മേഖലയെ പോലും കാര്യമായി ബാധിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യമാണ് നിലവിലുള്ളത്. വഴിയോര കച്ചവടക്കാർ, ഓട്ടോ തൊഴിലാളികൾ ബസ് ജീവനക്കാർ തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി ജീവിതങ്ങളെയാണ് അവരുടെ ദൈനംദിന ജീവിതത്തെയാണ് ഈ പ്രതികൂലകാലാവസ്ഥ ബാധിച്ച് തുടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
