ഇദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞത് വളരെ ശരി ആണ്. ഞാൻ 20 വർഷത്തേക്ക് 10 ലക്ഷം ലോൺ എടുത്തിരുന്നു. അടച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ 22 ലക്ഷം ആകുമായിരുന്നു. എല്ലാ മാസവും ബാങ്ക് എടുത്ത ഇന്റെരെസ്റ്റ് ഉം അതിന്റെ റേറ്റും ഞാൻ പരിശോധിക്കുമായിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ EMI കൂടുതൽ അടച്ചു principle ലേക്ക് ചേർത്തതുകൊണ്ട് 6വർഷം കൊണ്ട് തീർത്തു.princilple amount ലേക് അധികമായി ചേർക്കുന്ന ചെറിയ തുക, തിരിച്ചു അടവിൽ വലിയ മാറ്റമുണ്ടാക്കും.

ഞാൻ 2013 ൽ 8 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ലോൺ എടുത്തു,2014, മാർച്ച്‌ തൊട്ടു 10000വെച്ച് emi,start ചെയ്തു, അടുത്ത 14 വർഷം ആയിരുന്നു EMI അടക്കേണ്ടത്, ഞാൻ sir പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ, EMI ഒരു തവണ പോലും തെറ്റിക്കാതെ തിരിച്ചടിച്ചു, ചില മാസങ്ങളിൽ കുറച്ചു extra amount അയക്കുമായിരുന്നു, അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ 7 due മാത്രം ബാക്കി യുള്ളൂ.

വളരെ സത്യമായ കാര്യങ്ങൾ... ഞാൻ ഒരു govt servant ആണ്. മാസത്തിലെ സാലറിയിൽ ഒതുങ്ങി ജീവിക്കുന്ന ആളാണ്‌. മൂന്നാം ക്ലാസ്സിൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ മോള് എല്ലാ മാസവും എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും നൂറു രൂപ മുതൽ 500 രൂപ വരെ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി സൂക്ഷിക്കും. ചില സമയങ്ങളിൽ അവൾ 500 തന്നെ വേണമെന്ന് വാശി പിടിക്കും. ടൈറ്റായ സമയങ്ങളിൽ ഞാൻ വിഷമിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാലും ഞാൻ കൊടുക്കും. ഞാൻ അത് മറന്നു പോകാറുണ്ട്. ഇപ്പോൾ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഒരു വണ്ടി വാങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ അക്കൗണ്ട് അത്യാവശ്യം കാലിയായി. അങ്ങനെ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ എന്റെ മോള് എനിക്ക് 3000രൂപയിൽ കൂടുതൽ cash കൊണ്ട് വന്നു തന്നു. വീട്ടിലെ ചെറിയ ചെലവ് അതുകൊണ്ട് യീസിയായി നടന്നു. 🥰👍. Money management is great thing. Every one should practise it.

Very simple way of explaining how to have basic financial management. Well done Nikhil and Christina... My only observation is that most of the TV Anchors use the sentence "മലയാളിക്ക് ഈ സ്വഭാവം ഇല്ല അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മലയാളി അങ്ങിനെ ആണ് എന്നൊക്കെ" In my view most of these are general behaviour of Indians and not specific to Malayalees.
