Hi Anoma ..Enjoyed your recipe it came out so well ...and I would like to share another tip or..easier way to bake individual pastries... use your muffin trays and use the Ice-cream scoop with the spring to scoop out the dough into the individual wells of the tray.. and you get beautiful puffs of equal size :))

3 26 recipe if you have left over prawns from prawn curry you can add that into this drain the gravy cut into small cubes and add to the white sauce ... the taste amazing ....that's what happen to me this weekend ....not a time to waste food specially prawn curry ... Thank you soo much .
I made it yesterday night,using salmon salad with tomatoes and layers with mozzarella cheese..it was really delicious aunty,,,my husband was really impressed...And I used baking powder and granulated sugar to flour, it brought different taste to the pastry,,,,u better try it aunty, thank u,
Thank you for this lovely recipe and it turned out well. Just one question , when you keep it inside a closed container after few hours the crispy ness goes away and it became soft. Is that normal or have I done a step wrong ? Pls advice 🙏
