Dear Anoma, I was listening to your very useful programme about Gelatine. I would like to point out , when I was very young we still used to make jellies and puddings using Davies gelatine, but we managed to set them without the aid of a refrigerator, unlike today not many households had refrigerators. I still remember my mum being an expert in making puddings and cakes, savouries managed to do everything without a fridge. I am talking about a good 60 years ago . Most of the time I made jelly using china moss, but we manage to set it perfectly without a fridge. As you mentioned in your programme at one point, that things made using china moss need to go in the fridge I thought of mentioning this to you. This is no way a critisism, I am a fan of yours and I love to watch your programmes. Wish you all the best in your future programmes.
