Bambalapitiye overseas visa issuing center doesn't have any facilities people special woman and children waiting long time in the road so many people waiting morning to evening out side the road no facilities inside the building if SERASA MEDIA can go there and informed the concerned authorities to arrange that place and give good service/facilities for those who going overseas for job. Very painful to see people are waiting in the sun outside some time in the rain outside the road. Hope SERASA will do something for this Tks
I would like to express my strong disagreement with your department’s entire process, particularly regarding the fees imposed on citizens seeking employment overseas. Why are these charges necessary? What services are being provided to those working abroad that justify this cost? As someone who has lived overseas for decades, I feel the services offered to us are minimal, and this feels more like a revenue-generating business than genuine support. I hope the new government will address this issue seriously and eliminate these fees. Overseas workers are significant contributors to the country’s economy, bringing in valuable foreign currency. Instead of charging them, the government should consider providing allowances or benefits to recognize their contributions. It’s disappointing that the current perspective seems to imply that overseas workers have an easy income, but it’s far from the reality.
