Wow! Thanks for your simple explanation. This roast chicken looks delicious. Chef, if I am using chicken parts like drumsticks or thighs, should they be roasted at 150 degrees for one hour or less than that? Also should they be placed on a tray or on a rack? What do I do with the gravy?
