It was an act of parliament. Re-instating the 3 justices is a coup and most illegal of all democratic practices. Speaker Pema Jurney la has the respect and support of many Tibetans.

The clarification is much needed at this moment for the people who show hate without any reason to pinpoint. But even before the clarification we trust you with your decisions and it was fairly voted by the Chithue, who represent all of us. But now when the decision is made and some people are going against it, which is clear that we don’t follow a democratic rule, it is some kasur and chisur playing all those mind games.
If u think, u have done nothing wrong den u should have explained the detail n cleared everything. Though I don’t agree with what u have explained in dis video. U have told in parliament that u can explain or debate with kirti Rinpoche n samdong Rinpoche regarding the charter. “Kha nang ki ma, kha nang la soe ko re” u should have cleared everything with them. I hope Explaining in RU-vid is for general public. But when u write the explanation in letter kindly forward it to kirti rinpoche and samdong Rinpoche. Explaining in RU-vid won’t clear your wrong doings.
I respect this man for his originality, honest and selfless contribution for the Tibet . You will remain strong ,dignified and unmoved . Confident comes from within , be proud for what you did 🔥 . At the end , we need honest and determined person like you no matter what's going around . Things that will matter the most how well your serve the rest will take care of itself. We Tibetans here in exile to return back to Tibet .

But now I am confused 🤪🤪🤪 Please can anyone tell me, when two scholars clash and people don't know who to believe. There is a Tibetan proverb which I forgot. Help please.....

Even Samdhong was not honest like you. If Samdhong had supported you base on ammendment in Constitution diring that Voice of Tibet conversation then we would have not seen this sad division in society. But like you said, truth will prevail.

Blind cannot see and deaf can’t hear. Pema la made very clear that this clearance is meant only for who has sense of knowing the truth. It is not for deaf and blind.
