What I find confusing is , if the decision to fire the judges was against our constitution , why did judges accept this decision without a fight.?. If they had stayed on, the decision of the chithue would have been overturned when it was found to be wrong and by now everything would have been ironed out. Also, since this decision is wrong why can’t the judges be reinstated? I. would lie to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you.
Ya, also extending parliamentary meeting more than maximum 6month is illegal and getting punished to Tsogtso and other were right aswell. 3 judges were illegally expelled.
