Hi, Zed, you are doing really great!! but when you measuring the herbs you use ml (milli litter) that is a measuring unit for liquids, such as oil, water and milk...etc, you could say a cup, 1/2 a cup,1/3 cup or 1/4 cup, in your case I think that supposed to be 1/3 cup. And one more thing, I guessed you are in U.K.(London) if you are, could you please inform us where you purchased all those ingredients including the spices, chilli...etc, and what is "Nech assmud" in the market's name or in English. Thank you for sharing your Gurage or Ethiopian based chilli (mitmita)making skill and knowledge, Bravo! Gobeze!! Keep it up!!
