this is missing the concept of work place freedom and it gives high power for executive bodies . how far capable this bodis are they coming in the position through exam taken or just on the view of political servant , so civil service institution should be free from politics.

በአፍር፣የበረሀ፣አበል፣ይፈቀድ፣እንዲሁ፣በሁለት፣እመት፣የሚሰጠውን፣እርከን፣ማስጀመር፣እለበት

ሆን ተብሎ የመንግስት ሰራተኛው ተገቢ መብቱ እንዳይጠይቅ ሰራተኛው ለማክሰም የመጣ ሴራ እና ተንኮል ነው።ፍፁም 100ፐርሰንት ተቀባይነት የለውም።ይህ ህግ የፈጠረው የጌታ እና የባሪያ ግንኙነት እንዲኖር ነው።
