Self-defeating beliefs refer to negative beliefs that hinder personal development, advancement, and success. They are called mental slavery or psychological prisons and often characterized by what other people think about me mental slavery, I can’t do it, I am not lucky, it is too late, fear of failure, fall in love with the comfort zone and others more.
Unless otherwise we covercome these self deafting beleifes we can not attain our pesonal goals and ideal self. The video describes self-defeating beliefs and how to overcome them.
