Thank you mister yusuf this is very interesting but i have one question u said the minimum requirement to change the ownership name the area should be 150sqm. For instance if there are 4 successors and if the total area is 500sqm can they have their own separate carta for each other or separately the land area should be 150 sqm im confused i need your help on this !! When u say 150sqm are u suggesting the total area or the area of each successors must have ??
