I recommend that you do not use nonstick cookware with a metal spoon because the nonstick pot has chemicals and you are scraping the chemicals as you scoop with metal spoon. Please use wooden spoon or silicon spatula.

My dear Bahele, you are doing great, but when you add "Abbish" you named it turmeric on you clip. Actualy abbish is called "Fenugeek" not "Turmeric"Okay? The herb "Koseret", it is called "Sage" in Europe and USA, but in Ethiopia "Koseret" as far as I can remember Known as "Kesse" and "Sage" in other hand known as "Kesekesse" it is whitish and also looks like just "Arretti" in the former Shewa region and Addis ababa surounding. They are a very different plants or herbs but they have similariies on use. Thank you for sharing your cooking skills and Knowledge with us. Bravo! Gobeze!! Berchee!!
