គម្រោង "កម្មវិធីធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងដល់ការផ្តល់សេវាជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា (ISD)" ដែលគាំទ្រដោយ GIZ បានផលិតវីដេអូមួយជាមួយ ផលិតករ លោក Rafael Winer ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋាននៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
វីដេអូក្រោមចំណងជើងថា "មិនទុកអ្វីមួយចោល (Leave nothing behind)" បានបង្ហាញពីក្រុមហ៊ុនឬអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលចំនួនបីក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា រួមមាន “Trash is Nice” និង “Gomi Recycling” ស្ថិតនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ និង “Tontoton” ស្ថិតនៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដែលបានគាំទ្រយ៉ាងសកម្មដល់ការកែច្នៃសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិកទៅជាផលិតផលសំរេច។
វីដេអូនេះត្រូវបានដាក់បង្ហាញជាសាធារណៈក្នុងកម្មវិធី “Waste Summit 2023” រៀបចំដោយ Konrad Adenauer Stiftung នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ វីដេអូនេះផងដែរ ត្រូវបានផ្សារភ្ជាប់ជាមួយនឹងការពិភាក្សាជាក្រុម ដែលក្នុងនោះ ផលិតករភាពយន្ត លោក Rafael Winer និង ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ភាវ សុវុទ្ធី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងបរិស្ថាននៅកម្ពុជា បានបកស្រាយអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងឱកាសក្នុងវិស័យកែច្នៃសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិកទៅជាផលិតផលសំរេច។

The GIZ-supported project “Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia” (ISD) produced a movie with the Cambodia-based filmmaker Mr Rafael Winer. The movie “Leave Nothing Behind” is showcasing three companies / NGOs in Cambodia that actively support the recycling of plastic waste. Those are “Trash is Nice” and “Gomi Recycling” both based in Phnom Penh - and “Tontoton” based in Sihanoukville.
The movie was initially presented to the public at the “Waste Summit 2023” by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in Phnom Penh. This presentation was linked with a panel discussion where the filmmaker Rafael Winer and an official from the Ministry of Environment in Cambodia, H.E. Dr. Pheav Sovuthy, Undersecretary of State, talked about the challenges and opportunities in this field of plastic recycling.
