I was taught polyunsaturated fat is good. Done research and yes we're all lied to. My parents and grandparents generation consumed saturated fat like pork fat and never heard of anyone having chest pain or diabetes. Everything modified, all foods are not what our grandparents ate. We have to educate ourselves and do the best we can. So thankful that you touch on this subject. Note that my friends and family think that high food intake is good. I try to explain but I usually get shot at 😁. Bless your heart for taking time to educate our people.
