@Construction CAmbodia...Please, you and the dump truck drivers/owners look at: Farming, Fixing & Fabricating on RU-vid, video name "Final Fit Up", length of video is 31 minutes 9 seconds and go to minute mark of video at 20:29 and you can see a tailgate opening/operations that will give the dirt haulers a way for their tailgate to open without getting "wedged" on the ground while unloading. I had trucks like this when I was a highway contractor in the USA and our tail gates never got "trapped". These gates can be built just like this in a "free swinging fashion" without needing a hydraulic cyclinder to open them if you're only hauling dirt/rocks. It'll help prevent the drivers from getting stuck....sometimes...lol, and they are a lot more efficent in releasing the loads!

There is a good reason why trucks have maximum payload limits. These Cretins should not even be in charge of a wheelbarrow.

For couple things . There to many people standing around getting in the way of the operator of the cat. And there are to many people yelling out instructions to both the truck driver and the cat operator. There should only be at least two(2) people giving instructions .Yes I do understand that there should only one person giving instructions to the drivers so they know where to dump their loads . I don't believe these trucks have ever been over a weigh bridge fully loaded. On bitumen sealed good roads they may carry 30 to 40 tons but off road the load may need to be halved. Lazy axles get that name for a reason. My guess is they are 5 to 10 ton overloaded. There needs to be a supervisor directing the trucks, stopping them from bogging down. It is typically Asia to to overload and break trucks or cause accidents, taking short cuts to save money and increase profits. We were trained do it right the first time and every time and you don't have to re-do and rectify, which generally becomes much more expensive.
