Trap speed of 110 with 4.88 gear would be like 7,000+ rpm, which seems unlikely for a big block. I believe most of the magic in these cars is suspension tuning (launching on bias-plies ain’t east!) and carb tuning. The cars must appear stock, but can have larger pistons and higher compression. The rules are actually pretty interesting; www.psmcdr.com/rules
That’s tire squeal and the sound of a big block sucking air through a paper filter my friend! There are shots of both cars engine compartments in my full length video 😎
So what's the difference from bone stock then as well as the new dodge demon or hellcat or whatever mustang vet or so on. they didn't pay a 100 grand to do this. also they are not boosting about having a super charger doing 11 sec or 12 sec 1/4 mile times. dude wasted tons on a hellcat motor in a 300 Chrysler did a 10.7 with a supercharger. Christ any single double pumper can do that.
@xtr3m3fLx well that's false......father has a Dart with 426....runs 13.8 in the quarter and was beat just by a nose hair by a Cuda with a 426.....everything original and bone stock.....then raced a GTX next and took him by almost a full second....GTX ran 14.6 seconds .....
