ABBA songs are extremely hard to replicate, near impossible. Agnetha and Frida had amazing voices, that blended well together. Their vocals too were triple tracked using vari-pitch. This gave the songs warmth and depth. I have yet to hear any band cover an ABBA song that was awesome. Often too they are out rhythmically.

Whilst it wasn't what we are used to , it was still good. They are very very talented in what they do. I just read from Darren's Facebook page that Andy Seymour has just resigned and that is in addition to Nikki and obviously Darren. All have been instrumental to the growth of HSCC and for that can I thank them plus making my life in this lockdown period a little better. I don't know what the story is but we just need to move on. Keep living the dream.

Let's be honest, Agnetha and Frida probably sang this song a zillion times over, and you only heard the 'finished' product after they worked on it in the studio for many many hours. Plus they probably had an actual record producer involved with the recording session. Considering HSCC's resources, I think HSCC did just fine with this, and gave it their own 'personalized' flavor as they do on every song they record. It kills me that this much talent is subjected to what I consider pretty harsh evals by the listening public.

Vocal levels way down, no power on the low notes, no bounce vibe or personality! Recordings and vibe are nowhere near what they were, before the mysterious disappearance of the other half!
