‘ER’ Actress Shot and Killed by Cops at Her Home 

Vanessa Marquez, who played Nurse Wendy Goldman on “ER,” was shot by police as they responded to a welfare check at her Los Angeles home. Officers said Marquez picked up what looked like a semi-automatic handgun and pointed it at them. They opened fire, killing her. The weapon turned out to be a BB gun. Marquez made headlines last year amid the #MeToo movement when she said George Clooney “helped blacklist” her when she spoke up about harassment on “ER.” Clooney denied the claims. #InsideEdition
