As for so called "missing money", you might recall that during the US invasion and occupation of Iraq in 1991, pallet loads of millions of dollars of U.S. cash went missing soon after arrival there. And California has an accountability problem? And as for the national crime and homelessness problem, there are pockets of that everywhere and in every State. On the other hand, I can take you to areas in Los Angeles where one would have no clue what I'm referring to as homelessness and crime are virtually non-existent and certainly not a daily reality.
