How does the D.A.'s office even begin to justify not bringing a burglary charge?!?!? In Oregon the definition of burglary is the unlawful entry of a property with the intent to commit a crime. The instigation and orchestration of the theft of more than a certain dollar value worth of property from this business, even if the defendant didn't keep the property for themselves, constitutes a felony crime under Oregon Revised Statute. The sign makes the intent clear. This is a multiple class A felony under Oregon law which should be a slam dunk to prosecute. What gives?

no it isnt. We have had a democrat super majority since the year we went to all mail in ballots, Oregon was the testing ground decades ago.......blame the democrats if you want to blame anyone.
