I thought I’d put up a vocal tune. I would much rather play than sing, but people like to hear me do it now and then. Here’s a cover of one of my favorite Kottke tunes, at least my own version of it. Enjoy.
My version isn’t true to his, but it captures the intensity. He has some overdubbed parts in it and I never worked them all out. His bridge section is complicated.
@@GWGuitarStudio It's all in the tabs. The 8 bar intro is pretty tricky. I haven't quite got the middle 8 yet but I added my own ending in true Kottke style. I tune down 3 half steps to C#. I also like Tiny Island. It's quite similar but in standard tuning as far as I know.
