How do you believe we have a democracy when congress meets in the dead on night to pass bills that were authored by god knows who. They only ever brag about the title. Democracies don't allow lobbyist to buy their politicians. American is far from a democracy. We actually lost it in 1913 when we gave a private bank control of our economic policy. I agree with you 100%. Cohen has rehabilitated himself...while Trump has not done the same. Donald continues to Crime Away without consequences...'til NOW. Michael has my support. Considering that he did prison time but his boss who directed his actions DIDN'T...nobody has a right to shut down Cohen...until he is sitting in a witness chair. If anything happens to Cohen it would not be a good thing for DT because it would certainly appear that he was trying to keep him from testifying. If I was on a jury and was told that Cohen couldn’t testify because he was hurt or missing I would have no doubt that the defendant DT) was guilty. There’s been a plethora of damming evidence presented already and Cohen will probably be the cherry on top of the sundae.

Cohen is going to be just fine as a witness. Gag orders are to prevent defendants and lawyers from disclosures that would influence the jury in the case that they are involved in. Witnesses are almost never ordered to be gagged. Cohen knows that revenge is best served cold. So he will keep his cool.

A year ago I thought this case would never start. Now here we are at the end of week four, of a six week trial. In two weeks time, the jury will be given the case to decide Trump's guilt or innocence. It ain't looking good. When that jury comes back with that guilty verdict I'm going to dance a jig. For real. I'm no fan of Cohen and totally dislike him for what he did over the last decade but when you have a criminal defendant like Trump on the other side don't talk about impulse control of any witnesses. YES thank you. Im glad alot of people are standing up for Cohen who voluntarily shut up before the trial started to protect the integrity of the trial, while Trump has technically been convicted of 13 crimes just in the trial proceeding. The media wonders why it loses credibility, meanwhile Meidas Touch was the most watched network out of every single thing last week that could be watched. I have watched Michael on Medias Touch Network, and from what I have seen he is attempting to be careful about what he says so as not to prejudice the case. They are testifying because both of their testimonies confirm the crimes tRump committed. The defence attorneys have to show the jury how tRump is guilty so they needed their testimonies including Hope Hicks and others who were involved with tRump's criminality.
