With this case, there was a mess to sort out- Bill Barr intervened and stopped the DOJ’s investigation into this case, fired the guy who refused to leave it alone. This should have been a federal case. With the other cases, Garland dropped the ball. He should have charged Trump immediately for January 6th.

Trump nodding off in court???? I don't get it. Now, bare with me here ... even though I'm a scriptwriter, and what's happening with Trump and MAGA and the upcoming election is, well, best put ... "you couldn't make this stuff up". I don't suppose Trump is intentionally falling asleep in court so he can use that as a reason to fight his eventual prosecution. He could then argue, " well, I'm a senior citizen who simply hasn't the stamina to stay awake every hour in court, and, as such, " I may have missed some crucial moments during the case where I could have immediately complained to his lawyer, and that's one reason I lost the case ". I don't want to be a conspiracy theorist, but, could you imagine Trump coming up with a plan as weird as that?

@@francissweeney7318 Electoral college laws were changed in 20. After money from Russia was found in elector’s accounts. That’s why Trump was crying about a rigged election starting in August of that year. He knew he’d lose. He never won the popular vote.
