Even if he did take the stand, he wouldn't tell the truth. i would think the Judge and Prosecuters know that is a given. He is mentally ill . More delay tactics. His lawyers know full well he’s not going to testify, but they’ll let the court waste time debating this stuff that won’t matter.

So glad that they have that started and done. He should take the stand, he will admit to everything and the trial with be over in about 3 days. And then he'll in in prison.
