The Supreme Court exists as an insulated an rogue group of lifetime tenured judges. This is obviously not working anymore. Presidential lifetime appointments has become a toxic dead end for Americans. A lifetime appointment wrongly assumes that the justice is of such character that they will always act with integrity, without bias, and that they will always support the Constitution and the rule of law. The Roberts SC has failed in all of these areas. The 6 MAGA justices in the Robert;s court are indistinguishable from partisan politicians. Let them therefore run for term limited offices.

1 Billion % wrong. A court does not get authority from God or the Cosmos. . A court gets its authority by the willingness of the people to follow its decisions. When those decisions are so ridiculous and in clear contravention of the Constitutional rules the Court is supposed to abide by, the court can and must be questioned. Only in America (an uncivilized country) are the rules so loose that a Supreme Court can act as if it it is above the law. In all other Western countries, Judges gone rogue, as Thomas and Alito have, would be hauled before the Bar association and asked to explain their clearly prejudicial actions. Clarence Thomas has received close to $$M from various people he subsequently judged.. Alito has taken a political situation. Both are a disgrace to the legal profession. Stop confusing your politics with the operation of law. ( and read up on what constitutes 'Legal Bias).

Forced Sabathia Sunday's Tucked away on page 589, in the section focused on reforming the Department of Labor, is a breathtaking proposal to use American laws to support religious doctrine. The section begins: “God ordained the Sabbath [Sunday] as a day of rest, and until very recently the Judeo-Christian tradition sought to honor that mandate by moral and legal regulation of work on that day.” This is followed by a few sentences on why a regular day off is beneficial, and then the proposal that “Congress should encourage communal rest by amending the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to require that workers be paid time and a half for hours worked on the Sabbath.” Here we glimpse a key assumption behind Project 2025: that America is first and foremost for those who embrace, not just Christianity, but the particular type of Christianity that prioritizes Sunday rest. We probably shouldn’t be surprised by this assertion. Some on the religious right have signaled this-or said it outright-for decades.

It's time to abolish political appointments for life in the Justice system...The SC & Federal Judges should be elected by their peers, not by politicians... It's time for an Executive Decision President Biden...DISSOLVE THE SUPREME COURT & start all over again...
