I did the EXACT same thing about 3 years ago no Facebook no Instagram no Kik or Snapchat just nothing I even went a year without a cellphone all together and it felt amazing! I was more focused on people and things that were more important and how I felt not how everyone else did.
Both my husband and I quit fb and instagram and Twitter. The quality of life improves greatly. You actually talk to your other half instead of having your face in a phone

This is the best advice dr.phil have ever gave in my opinion. I felt that!! Make me want to go help out at a soup kitchen .. things go upwards for you when you give back and have tht moment to reflect on your exact position in life.
Well she did the corona challenge and still continues to call people fat and ugly on social media so no she hasn't changed one bit since this episode of dr phil
I have no one to talk to... She has a friend sat right there, she has followers that she speaks to and she even said she speaks to loads of people, when I can't think of one person that would want to help me, I haven't spoke to someone that's not family in about 3 years, she needs a good slap silly little girl.
@@alienjourney I completely understand that and I do feel for her in that sense, but also she clearly has friends and family who care about her, she needs to learn to make the most of it before she ends up completely alone
It's an internal problem. No amount of people at her feet, ready to please her will help. She needs to befriend herself. I'm not even being sarcastic. She doesn't even listen to herself. I mean that voice she keeps trying to smother that's more than likely saying something like "let's not do this" "we can do better" "this isn't really what I want" One problem is, she doesn't know what she wants. Subconsciously I think she does but she keeps just burying herself under fakery for the appearance, for the attention whether bad or good. She's probably trying to fill a big void inside and has no clue what or why. She said guys don't pay attention to her so there's a BIG clue. Girl needs to do some major introspection and be completely honest and real with herself. Sometimes you've got to hurt yourself with the truth, acknowledge, admitting it to yourself in order to improve.

The “life coach” shouldn’t be influencing her to use spirituality. Having her describe what the options mean to her and pick which choice she wants to start with
