Andrew is 64. Harry is 40. Different situations. It's a shame this guest's columns in The Spectator aren't as critical and sharp as the opinions he expressed in this interview. Harry is trapped. These faux royal tours are what he hated doing inside the RF. Now he has to do them outside it, but without all the perks. He looked bored and miserable half the time in Columbia. William will never forgive either his brother or his brother's wife for how she tried to smear William's wife. No one inside will ever trust them again. Just to clarify a couple of points, they've actually lost 26 members of staff since 2018 and that's not even counting the various nannies, domestic workers and security guards. So 18 is a considerable underestimate. Isn't there a role Parliament can play as a partner with the constitutional monarchy when it comes to expat royals who are not contributing to the duties expected of the royal family? Perhaps Parliament should legislate the removal of all titles from persistently absentee royals, and remove them from the line of succession.
