In my opinion Antonio Pierce should get the nod for head coach. He would keep Patrick Graham who has this defense winning us game's. A new HC would get rid of everyone. We can build on this year.

Jack Jones is the steal of the season. How can you not keep AP after he brought back the Raider attitude we been missing for 20+ years? John Madden was accused of allowing rough play and cheating and his response was. “What are you gonna do about it?” I’m not comparing Pierce to Madden but the attitude is the same!!!

One of the most satisfying wins in my life as a Raiders fan. Too young for the Super Bowl victories and except for a few decent years in HS, it's been rough. Will always be a fan though. Today and the last couple weeks have been the closest I've seen this team resemble old school Raider football in a long, long time. Keep AP and build around the defense.

What's amazing and beautiful is the fact that you have a guy like Maxx who leads by example, full of heart and soul and relentlessly devoted on and off the field to this team and what we are seeing is that everyone else like koonce etc sees that and feels that and it has rubbed off on them. I don't think Aiden gets enough credit here. How many rookie quarterbacks rolling to Kansas City and get their butts handed to him almost every single one. Except for kid is managing the game. Really well and learning on the fly with his second head coach. And a second offensive coordinator I think the team won the game today but without aiden the quarterback that would be impossible.

Wow I just noticed something! John Madden was also our Linebackers coach back in 68 before getting the HC nod and it was lights out from there. We are coming back ! @@kenchun24a lot of those throws were behind guys or just thrown to receivers that were absolutely smothered…so I would say those are on Aiden. Renfrow should’ve reeled that one in, but there were a lot of misses by AOC today. I like the kid, but he’s not ready yet. I draft someone to compete with him for the starting job. A playmaker at QB makes us a playoff team.

People forget that QBs almost always need time to develop. Until five minutes ago, everybody accepted this. Look up Aikman and Manning's numbers their rookie years! The jury is out on AOC but he's shown enough to deserve another year to learn; and they learn on the job. It's our best chance as a fan base, let alone his and the team's best hope for a good long run at multiple Superbowls.

I haven’t seen the Raiders defense play that well in a long time. Mark Davis needs to listen to the Nation and keep AP. Don’t screw it up like we did with Rich Bisaccia. We have struggled for years on the defense side of the ball. I haven’t seen a team dominate the trenches like the Raiders did yesterday. Keep it up gentleman. RAIDER NATION!

You knew this wasn't going to be a high scoring game? We've started games vs. them way better than this and lost (I was stressed out most of the game). The defense looks like they expect to win. That's what i see.

Loved watching EA play true Raider what a great win, our defense and special teams are elite just waiting for the offense to catch up we are slowly figuring it out. 4 td passes one week 150 yds rushing the next game when we put them together watch out Jack Jones is an elite pro bowl shutdown corner. 23 pressures by our defense wow, could have been 10 sacks if Mahomes wasn't so slippery. AP in my opinion has won the job. Fozzy Bear got booed! Raiders are back they dominated absolutely whipped them physically. RN4L GO RAIDERS
