The (very unfortunate) realities are that swing/reluctant voters just aren't motivated by policy AND Kamala Harris is probably going to be the first President in the modern era to enter office without controlling both chambers of Congress anyways (the GOP will likely win the Senate). I would personally love to talk all day about policy but it just opens her up to more attacks with very little potential benefits. Best thing to do is communicate values, not specific policy.
