Russia is holding back from using serious weapons. They have so many nukes, and the West funding this war is pushing us dangerously close to a world conflict.
Zalensky totally humiliated him. He's in a world of hurt. And Putin is desperate to keep Ukraines advance news from the Russian people. But the truth will out...
@@Matt1975ism Far more even under sanctions they are the biggest exporters of natural resources. The whole of the EU is still purchasing Russian energy, even at higher costs from 3rd party sources.
No wonder! ru has been managing its "war games" with their Ex-Soviet States the same way since the 1960's!; all based on making sure that "ru wins". The result? They are performing Air/Naval and Ground choreographies. Nothing more. At the same time, NATO countries have been challenging each other in war games non-stop. Question: How many times have you heard that the US lost against the UK or France or etc in a war game? Many times. It's for learning purposes benefiting all. How many times have you heard that ru lost against a CSTO member? Result for the ru MoD? A complete lack of fast response on the ground in 2024.
the Democratic People's Republic of Kursk and its brave, patriotic citizens have suffered russian oppression for long enough. Kursk has a right to defend itself
.Russia has no remaining troops on the border with Finland and Estonia. NATO should be piling troops up on the border, make a big show of it, and force Russia to keep troops back there. Even Japan could do the same thing on the east coast of Russia. Russia has been able to make gains in the Donbas mainly because they haven't had to protect their own borders
Putin knows it would be an empty threat from NATO. Actual NATO troops cross into Russia proper and Brussels, Berlin, and London disappear under mushroom clouds and NATO knows it.
@@kikkerslikker4533 Ukraine just captured a military stronghold and took more Russian equipment than they did when russia surrendered in Kharkiv last year😆
I have nothing but respect for the Ukrainians they are defending there homes there people Russian people have been sold a lie and now I hope they realise the lie but I don't hold My breath bully's everywhere should be stood up to ❤from uk
Until recently Russia was grinding forward in Ukraine's territory. Not much, but constantly. Now they have to start grinding to get their own territory back, and if they are as (in-)efficient in that as they are in Ukrainian territory, this might take a while. Not to mention, that the tactics of bombing everything into rubble might not be such a great idea in areas where your own population lives, lived, or would want to return to. So, the more territory Ukraine occupies now, the less resources Russia will have to make gains in southern Ukraine because they are needed for the "get our stuff back". Apart of that, in general attacking there where your enemies defenses are weak and he does not expect it, makes a lot of sense. And the other thing is, now Russia has to spend troops to protect all of it's border with Ukraine, so far that was asymmetric that Ukraine protected all, but Russia only the front lines in Ukraine. Well done, Ukraine!
The Danish F-16s and the Ukrainian pilots will have trained to be able to control a completely different air force, as everyone knows, Ukraine was part of the old Soviet Union, and therefore it was limited how many Fighter Jets Ukraine had, and they were, after all, old Russian built MIGs, but now the Danish F-16 and the newly trained Ukrainian pilots, and the rumor says they are already in the air at the front, and because the old Danish F-16 fighters are being modernized, they are doing fantastically against the Russians MIG's or the few Russians have actually left!
If these military conditions continue around the fronts on the Russian border, then it will end up with the Russians having to let Ukraine win more land, former Russian land... What a humiliation it would be for the Russians if that miracle were to happen!
Yes Ukraine you even fooled me, I thought everyone was fearing rumours of a second Russian invasion in the Sumy region. Turns out these rumours were put out by Budanov himself, to convince Russian intelligence that the sole reason for the Ukrainian build-up near Sumy was a defensive precaution caused by faulty Ukrainian intelligence. Gerasimov in his arrogance bought it hook line and sinker and never bothered to reinforce the border despite panicked communications from his own troops about the troop concentrations. I guess the battlefield might be transparent but if the eyes are not connected to a brain then it doesn’t matter 🤣🤣🤣
Now, it's on to Moscow! They could then hold a referendum, and announce a New Republic called 'Muscovia' or some such thing! Why not, anything seems to be possible these days.
The story I like from the Greek Persian war is when the Persian King called Alexander a boy ..... his reply was that if Persia wins, he will have only won against a boy, if he loses he will have been beaten by a boy, neither would be very complimentary.
@@engliterra355 we shall see where this ends up, I'd be surprised if the gains Russia makes in kursk over the coming weeks doesn't lead to a massive break in their front lines elsewhere
@@engliterra355 how the movement of troops to Kursk leaves other areas undefended and ripe for incursion, who knows maybe the border will end up how it was before the war with zero gains on either side
The idea is to keep the territory and expand it further. After all russia is a no man's land without state borders, institutions or any sort of governance. Everyone is welcome to take chunks of it.
Russia's whole invasion was too lousy compared to Ukraine's few days; it would only take months for Ukraine to complete given Russia won't use tactical nukes.
@@geoffgill5334 Unbalanced and partisan channel. NO analysis of the war, just "continuous applause" for Ukraine. It looks like the N.A.T.O. press office..... Very sad....
I was afraid of this, if true. It hands Putin the scope of using a TNW on his own land to destroy the Ukrainians occupying Russian territory, and in doing so, greatly raises the threat of TNW's being used more widely, once that genie is out of it's box. This was a mistake by the Ukranians in my view. A "raid" is one thing v military targets, a prolonged occupation quite another.
I hope your desires for expansion and more power was worth it Putin-it’s sad the unnecessary death not just to Ukrainian people but your own Russian people and the destruction of so much of Ukraine-Up till now Russian people could feel distance from the sufferings of the UKrainian people maybe now they will have a better understanding of the suffering Putin has unnecessarily caused
If what Putin is planning isn't planned to be huge he wouldn't have ordered the evacuation, he would have wanted his people to stay in their homes and as much as possible carry on with their daily business.
He already aleged that Ukraine used chemicla weapons in kursk (allthough russia does use minor ones at the other fronts) to prepare their use of real chemical weapons against ukranian troops in kursk and blame it on them.
