Residents of Gardenia Glory in Noida Sector 46 are struggling to get their flats registered with the Noida Authority. "Despite handing over the flats to homebuyers. There are dues on the builder's part, around Rs 650 crore. And the builder is not paying for this land due to the Noida Authority. This is why, not a single registry has been executed to date," said Kailash Pandey, a homebuyer at Gardenia Glory.

I was planning to buy apartment in Noida and was surprised that rarely any builders agreed to register the apartment. I simply changed the plan and bought apartment in another metro city - no registry means you would be exploited each and everyday. Only god know why people accept the apartment without registration 😢

They can’t builder have to pay the dues of authority and politicians already took their cut when they allotted land to builder way back in 2008/09. Builder kahan se aur kaise fund raise karega. yahi problem hota hai corrupt government elect karne ka jo purane buddhon ne ki aur jiski saza ye generation bhugat rahi hai.

Noida is a big mess, sab lease based. Ghaziabad ka bhi yahi haal hai, half constructed projects , no roads and constant encroachment with the help of local goons is pretty common. Sare spring view floors bamheta ghaziabad nh24.

Problem is that people go blind with the lucrative promises made by marketing team and don’t do due diligence before investing an amount. Later they blames Government.
