Earlier on tonight in the town centre where I live in Scotland, there was 2 drunk young MEN in their early 20s wearing skirts with a bra showing, 1 with heavy stubble, the other with green hair and a full beard. They were shouting abuse at young girls & boys I blame the SNP and the completely warped Scottish education system for normalising this type of predatory, attention-seeking behaviour 🤮

Watched an interesting video from Craig Houston - there was mass tactical voting for Labour and other parties against the SNP. He literally said (and many others) held their noses in order to vote for Labour. So Labour didn't win Scotland, it was given to them 😂. The interesting point he made (if true) the loss of seats will cost the SNP £1.5m per year in "parliamentary short money" - this will seriously screw SNP's finances !!!

Independence doesnt equate purely with the snp. Its alive and well. Labour had better be very good to Scotland over the next two years. But of course, if they are and they get the vote in 2 years on the back if it, they'll just treat Scotland like the fly in the ointment that we're used to.

Keeping it upbeat and positive for a start the SNP needs rebranding specifically a name change. I would rename the party "SCOTLAND 1705" because this is the date that Scotland was an Independent country pre the act of union in 1707. Also it's not really a member led party too many bosses running the show like dictators and not listening to the rank and file. Needs to make more links and get trade unions involved in the party. It's all about attitude it has to be more member led than bosses making policies and dishing out the orders. I'm quietly confident the party can be turned around but it needs a radical rebranding and rebuilding structure attitude and policies etc.

Labour did well in Scotland for three reasons. Firstly, Sarwar was practically begging SNP supporters to 'lend their vote' to Labour to remove the Tories in Westminster. Next, some SNP voters who couldn't bring themselves to vote for a Unionist party stayed at home to punish the party for recent events. Finally, the Tory ID scheme hit a number of voters who could vote because they had no ID

9 seats is clearly a mandate for another referendum.
