adar lowenheim it was a lame dumb joke.... just shows that they are more concerned with making jokes about WWE/HHH and vince then they are putting on a good show
@@peterlee6374oh just stop it please, in what way are they more focus on making jokes about WWE and not performing a good show? they have performed great shows from time to time and barely any of the shows involve a WWE joke.
They got it over though. Everyone actually thought it was dumb in the beginning, but they get all kinds of hilarious chants out of it now. I hope they keep it for a while.
That AEW Title is one of the most beautiful titles I've seen in a long while. It just screams prestige. I believe Jericho was the right guy to put the belt on first and let everyone else chase it, make it more special to take the title off from him. I love AEW man, and I love BTE. I hope stuff like this makes it into TV. I love wrestling, thank you guys for igniting my love for this business once again.
Everyone who is a wrestling fan. I love wwe and have watched it for about 20 years since I was about 4 yrs old and the current product is bad. I love takeover and the main roster has so much talent but it’s just used all wrong. So I’m just so happy AEW came along because I love wrestling and this give me a completely different vibe than wwe and that’s a good thing. The best way to put it is AEW is just entertaining to watch all out from top to bottom the whole show was great and I hope all fans of wrestling know about AEW because if they do they will kill it on tnt
Sorry pal, just idiots wants them to be the first. ;) The story they will tell on the way up, that is the gold, not a rushed and blown-out-of-proportion-push to the gold. Longtime storrytelling, not rush-rush-title.
Tell me about it. He got all that pop, for basically catching some cruise with his hands in his pocket, that was dope, I like the diverse gimmicks AEW is putting out. Let's keep it going.
"...I bumped in catering!" Tommy Dreamer. Yes you did sir and it was a great bump none the less. Tommy Dreamer for President of The Space Galactic Empire. What a great show on Saturday, this episode was great we got a Tommy Dream bump, we learned the name of Hangman's equestrian friend and we also learned how the lights got shut off during All Out. (^_^)
Seriously though, props to the Hunter Horse Helmsley and the trainer. Especially with so many people there, and them being so loud, it's amazing Helmsley didn't even flinch!
I was just thinking today how I want them in AEW. I think they will when their MLW contracts are done. It would be nice if AEW and MLW had a talent exchange of sorts.
The horse entrance brought out the fake animal experts. Loved the Show. Horse was calmer than Pharoah and it was his first time in an arena, that's what good horse training looks like.
*JBeeson08* Ah man. Sorry you missed that. But you could find a video of his quick appearance in the ring and destroy *The Dark Order* like a mega massacre. He suicide dive with no mercy.
Best ppv I’ve seen in a long time. Every match was solid, everyone worked like they were at a big show that really mattered. So good, thank you guys! AEW! AEW! AEW!
Im watching this from over a year after this was made. Hangman slowly changed into a drinker and he and kenny found solace in one another while being the tag champs. for whatever reason what Culture thinks this is a shoot but no, this is a REALLY good story telling.
Words are indescribable how great this all was! All Out was just sheer awesome! Thanks for having me on BTE and hope you like your new custom SuperKicks!
the such small subtle story telling is AMAZING man, we've been deprived from legitimate story telling in wrestling for so long....thats literally the base of why the guys even wrestle each other lol, the stories. and I gotta tell you when jungleboy hit the switch to explain why it randomly went dark for cassidy man that is some quality story telling man, Im behind you guys 100, small things like that are huge, love it
I said it last year and All In and I will say it again. I can't tell you guys how proud I am of every one of you for making this dream a reality. I am so excited to have been on this journey with you for the last year and I can't wait to see what the next year brings. Thank you for including all of us in this great endeavor. You all deserve every success that are now enjoying!
I read that MSG has stricter requirements, like having to use their in-house crew for the production. Plus they can only work a certain amount of hours. That makes it difficult.
According to Tony Khan, he wants the Sears center to be his Greensboro collumsium which was a place that Crokett/Mid Atlantic/WCW would run every year so basically yeah in a sense it will be like their MSG.
For the record, there’s a difference between a company in its formative stages when it’s still trying to grow crowning an older, more established, more popular (full-time) wrestler as their first champion and an established company having old guys who barely show up beat up promising talents for...reasons. Context is everything.
6:37 - So it was Jungleboy who helped Best Friends + Orange Cassidy out? Also the Bucks makes a good point, Jericho is the first AEW world champion, yet he still wants a "thank you", doesn't winning the belt count as a "thank you?"
Despite being a long show with 1 or 2 matches that didn't need to be on the card, the show was incredible. Huge success with an awesome variety of matches. Look forward to seeing TV in October.
@@Dave_ja_vu that's fair enough and if that's the case then at least put matches like best friends Vs dark order towards the start of the card so they don't have a hard time following up pac omega and the triple threat.
@@benmac7552 i think the thought process behind that was avoiding crowd burnout by breaking it up a little. They did seem tired by the title match which is understandable, but the order definitely affected the crowd and some matches too I agree. I don't really know how to avoid that though unless they cut like 90 mins of stuff and just focus on 5 matches like NXT do. It's hard to do that, and have a little something for everyone which seems to be aim with their product I think. Hard balance to find I guess
I really wanted Hikaru to win. I think Nyla will win the belt. Better to have people chase. Plus, as good as Riho is, she just hasn't hit her stride yet in AEW.
@@rriggs6547 You can argue the same thing about Nyla though. Riho is very quickly becoming one of the top Joshi performers and there are plenty of heels who can take the title off of her.
@@immortallegacy100 Riho sets up a better Story against Nyla. I don't think Nyla should have been in the position. I think it should have been Bea or maybe Mercedes Martinez against Hikaru. As to Riho, she is one of the best Joshi and has been for a while. Maybe Sareee or Momo Watanabe outshined her in the past 12 months, but she is amazing. I really want to see her against AZM for the High Speed Championship she currently has in Stardom as AZM has a similar career arc. She started training at 9. Didn't have her first match until 11, but has almost 6 years experience now.
@@rriggs6547 I would've been happy with either Riho or Hikaru, but I am happy Riho won. I do think their opponent should've been Bea, Martinez, Baker, or Allie though. Someone who's helped put women's wrestling on the map but has never really gotten the recognition they deserve. I wouldn't have been opposed to Bea being the face of AEW's women's division. I'd also like to see Riho have a match with AZM, and I'm hoping she becomes the youngest Highspeed Champion (awesome name for a title btw).
Honestly I'm impressed with em. They have their own company now but they're not really taking advantage and giving themselves win after win after win (Kenny especially). Bit sad that Hangman didn't win but I know he'll get his due eventually
THANK Y’ALL... seriously...EVERYBODY... The most fun/best PPV I’ve seen (since double or nothing 🤪) but really, you guys have made me LOVE pro wrestling again!!! This is the NEW GOLDEN AGE of wrestling!!!
thanx for a great show!!! this was the first time in 10 years that i actually had a watch party at my house for the show ,and everyone left entertained and not underwhelmed!
My mind is blown over how the line of kayfabe is blurred in that last scene. If creatif control was hogged by a corporation this subtlety would never be possible. The fact that creatif people who understand wrestling are in charge of the company might be detrimental to their economic success in the long run but damn, right now it's producing art.
You all did a wonderful job, I am proud to call myself a wrestling fan because of the revolution happening around the world because of AEW. Wonderful matches everyone.
All Out was awesome! Pre show was great! You guys keep up the great work! I originally wasn't sold on the Librarian gimmick but Bates and Avalon are killin it.
How in the world do you prepare to take a Canadian Destroyer from the top of a goddamn ladder?! Best match, spot and ladder match of the freaking year! Also, funny how AEW has like a million golden ladders when WWE only had one for Big Show!
MAN, how chill was that horse? I've known horses who would flip out and bolt if they saw a plastic bag. This baby just sauntered down the aisle into a horde of howling fans like it was nada. Good choice, Hangman.
Kenny is telling a brilliant story right now...we all know he should be in every mainevent & he will be soon enough...next year he goes on a long winning streak w/ the title
