I made bazrama, a Turkish flatbread.
It is a fluffy flatbread that can be wrapped with various toppings.

✤Ingradients
・450g Bread flour
・150ml Warm milk
・150ml Warm water
・8g Instant Dry yeast
・10g Sugar
・1tsp(6g) Salt
・14g(1tsp) Olive oil
✤Medium to low heat
・Depending on the degree of fermentation of the dough and the temperature of the dough after fermentation, it may not rise properly. Even if it doesn't inflate, it's not a failure.
