Fournier is adding as much salt to this as possible to make more money. No if it doesn't happen again it doesn't make the elbow intentional. It means he won't do the right thing to fix the accident and it is still plausibly accidental / unintentional.

Yes the elbow was very clear but definitely unintentional, joe kinda walked into it as he was off balance when trying to clinch. watch the replay where you can see joes legs, he was definitely off balance and had his head in the wrong position to just eat the elbow. there are many factors that contribute to this unfortunate ending but all in all it definitely wasn’t done on purpose
