It's a cool sign for AEW that took what seemed to be kind of a wasted idea at first when the Dark Order first showed up, and now it's one of the most interesting things they have going on. Also neat that the two guys that have been useless jobbers are obviously tagged for something. To me as a fan it kind of tells me not to write anything off right away, which is awesome.

@@OptimalMayhem couldn't agree more. Wrestling fans have been conditioned to receive almost instantaneous payoffs, these longterm angles and gimmicks are a throwback to an era that made me a wrestling fan. It doesn't feel like an old man getting bored of his toys after 2 weeks basically.

@@t5dagreat actually with Christopher Daniels having those Dark Order logo flashes when thinking of the Pentagon match and how that exchange with SCU went, I think AEW will do what WWE chose not to, and that is actually make Daniels the higher power That being said, Brody Lee would be a great addition regardless

Agreed! Surprised they've not plugged BTE on Dynamite. It's like an unofficial 3rd AEW show for the week (after Dark), but plants the storyline seeds that casual viewers of Dynamite may miss.

It's more of the fact that they constantly break Kayfabe. Just like the Shawn Spears chair incident. They came right out after the show and said they rigged the chair and Cody's injury shouldn't have happened. Even though they're making fun of the WWE they just continue to expose all the behind the scenes magic. We all already know it's a work. I don't see why they constantly feel the need to do it.

Not this week, this week it's just "Christopher Daniels Botch" The one last week was about Marty so I guess you could call that clue, but I mean even if Marty didn't sign with AEW it's not a surprise that he'd show up on BTE in some way or form as that's what they do. So it could just be a shout out to a friend.

I'm a simple man but Being The Elite gives me so many things. Frankie and "DO YA?", the gradual story progression that ties into the shows and the last two weeks MFJ. The only thing better is the inclusion of Shida too but I may be biased there.
