So frustrating to be one rep away from finishing the last round!
Wall walks were the longest and hardest movement for sure. The Hang Power Snatches also felt pretty uncomfortable in my delts -- and lungs.
Lots of transitions, though, so plenty of built in rest...and the workout went by pretty quickly.
