AMRAP in 13 minutes
45 Double-Unders
13 Hang Power Snatches (75/55 lb)
3 Wall Walks

So frustrating to be one rep away from finishing the last round!
Wall walks were the longest and hardest movement for sure. The Hang Power Snatches also felt pretty uncomfortable in my delts -- and lungs.
Lots of transitions, though, so plenty of built in rest...and the workout went by pretty quickly.

BEAST! I counted your doubles in the last two rounds and it looks like you did like 6 extra!! Strong work! Love the channel! Did a good one today. HOTSHOTS 19. Was awful. For those of us who don't have double understanding, should we sub 2/1 singles?

That’s correct you double the number of single unders if you don’t have DU yet. You can also do double taps or bar taps to practice the rhythm. If you don’t know what those are RU-vid has demo videos! Line hops or lateral hops over a dumbbell are good alternatives if you want to get your heart rate up a little more.

I love that you two are showing us different WODs again. It nice to see parents working out. Kids and their schedules sure have changed my ability to get to the box.

Love this comment. It’s hard to stay consistent anyway, and kids make it a real challenge. Getting to the box became nearly impossible for us!
