Police have a difficult job, “Fear Of Upsetting People Over Political Correctness” should not be an excuse not to do your job, bring back the strong arm of the law, don't let these people walk all over you because your afraid of upsetting them. The Law is the Law and must be upheld, even if the Police get bad press over it.

Tax payers are paying dearly for this situation. I hope that the children are safe and not suffering from all of this. If the children need protection it's disgusting that the people want them returned to a dangerous situation. Authorities don't take children without good reason.

We have them here in Kensington area of Liverpool,a once nice area now totally trashed ,and Liverpool city council wont have a bad word said ag ainst them,although every man and his dog can see the demise of the area,what we've saw in London with the mets policing tactics,involving reduced confrontation tactics regarding sensitive issues dealing with ethnic minoritys looks to me like its a tactic being adopted by other police forces in UK including Yorkshire , political correctness taking priority over anything else.

Seriously Britain, you need a citizenship reform bill , which should require the immigrants to live here for 15 years before they can apply for ILR. Should be applicable for both existing immigrants and for those who wishes to come. No one will ever want to take this difficult route to gain citizenship. And moreover stop giving citizenship to the immigrants through the ‘business investment’ route too. The longer it takes to apply for citizenship, the more immigrants will find other countries where they can gain citizenship in much lesser time.

Social services don't generally take a child for no reason. Once upon a time, if a child got taken away by social services, the community would blame the parents.
