I think hourly wage employees making less than $20 an hour should take their stimulus money, buy as much food and other necessaries. I can attest to that. The hypocritical, hateful and vicious ways of the right-wing have been known to me for many years now. Unfortunately my efforts to disseminate this information was limited to political discussions at work. I have finally reached my beaking point in the sense that my sadness has become debilitating. It has caused me to stop sleeping, communicating with family and acquaintances, or even looking for a diversion. I consume very little entertainment media, zero news media, and the very tiny amount of political media that I am willing to stomach. The only thing that is really keeping me going right now is to know that I have done EVERYTHING that I could possibly do to end our illegal, violent, brutal and inhuman treatment of asylum-seeking refugees. Just as I thought I would have done when I was reading the rise and fall of the Third Reich almost 50 years ago. When I was a child I fantasized about the opportunity to prevent the Holocaust. I could not have possibly imagined that I would have an obligation to stand up against murderous evil fascists. And now with that responsibility as a human being first, and as an American who believes in the ideals of freedom justice and equality comes the opportunity to fight with everything I have to save one or two or ten or a thousand innocent lives. It's not even a choice for me. This gross miscarriage of Justice compassion and decency dominates and overwhelms my consciousness. So I'm going to keep enduring the frustration, loneliness, and despair that I feel in trying to make Americans understand that ending the illegal and vicious crimes against humanity that OUR GOVERNMENT is inflicting upon tens of thousands of innocent refugees is the only thing that matters right now because it's the only thing that we can change immediately, today, right now. There's a tiny little part of me that wants to listen to him try to speak so I can have a good laugh but he is just so dangerous and insane, it only makes me ill when I do. I've listened to a grand total of about 10 minutes of his gibberish since he announced the campaign in 2015. I don't think I've ever gone more than 2 minutes of listening to him. Usually it's the 15 seconds that it takes me to find the remote.
