First podcast I managed to listen to for almost 3 hours. Wow what lovely amazing and inspirational man..The relationship talk is gold...Thanks for sharing this Mike. Your a really lucky guy to be close to people of this calibre..Such a Blessing...😍
I loved the guy, looking forward to seeing him again. I can see people in the comments saying they got bored but... truthfully? I watched the entire thing. It's ok not to resonate with people. He was insightful, it is just that certain information should be received at a certain point in life as it to be fully understood. Take care!
Thxx for this for real !! It helps me a lot and it’s amazing listening to these podcast(s) every night !! Such a knowlegde this man has !! Keep it up !! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
his mission to help a billion people find happiness through a balanced approach to stress is both inspiring and essential. "Unstressed" could be a transformative read for anyone looking to navigate the complexities of modern life with a healthier mindset. 📘
Was very interesting to see how Mo insights makes Mike to reflect. Mo gives a true wisdom for building the life that is based on quality and happiness. Thank you both! It was amazing!
Solid podcast thought he would be a little more insightful into finding happiness or choosing how to deal/react with stress. Like you said Mike most of us stuck in this 9-5 life have 2 weeks out of a year to actually live or decompress. It’s been getting me down lately I know I’m destined for more than this.
Another advice-giving "I have the secrets to the good life" online guru who can't even keep his own family together, divorcing his wife after 2 kids and 20+ years of marriage. What makes you think I would follow a word of what you are saying? Why do people like this keep popping up on podcasts? How about being the best version of yourself as you yourself advocate? EPIC fail. This guest is almost as bad as "lucky crypto boy" Luke Belmar.
Each to their own but I didn’t find this interesting as there was nothing ground breaking that made me think “yes that’s why X happens, that’s why Y happens”. Happiness is relative to each person. Some people are happy when they shop, when they meet people and some are even happy just being on their own as they enjoy their own lives. Avoid the news and you’ll stay happy. Do exercise and you’ll stay content as you’re benefiting yourself and also feel more energetic. Healthy body healthy mind. I sense many people in the world have lost the sense of using their own common sense and this happened because of Covid. We were kept in doors, made to lose touch with people who we know and now people are more distant than ever. That’s where happiness has been lost in many people’s lives….
1:51:17 "We all want to love and be loved." That is so not true. There are many of us out there who have learned to live without the social construct called "love." You need to be loved? Well, good luck with having your happiness being external to you and dependent on something you have absolutely no control over. A lot of what this guy is espousing is a baby step away from Jordan Peterson. He can pontificate on some of these topics out of the luxury of being rich. I can see why he's sold so many books.
Great guy, you lost me though at I came up with a new religion that I call fruit salad, basically saying you worship your intellect and desires instead of what you know is authentic from God. If you had bad experiences with a personal trainer, that does not mean working out is wrong, you need to find good trainers that go back to authentic training methods. Same with Islam, if you don't like the Hijab, that's a you problem and not a bad apple in the religion you know?
I listened to 30 minutes of this conversation and got bored. I didn’t find anything new or particularly insightful. Certainly good at marketing himself. Maybe the rest of the interview was better, but I don’t have the time.
You have lost a lot unfortunately, at a point in time u will be intimidated by yourself to watch him fully , mo gawdat is not an episode talker he is a concept and genuine isight who changed and is changing others for the best versions the are
@@iamseriousmanreally3589it’s funny how if someone doesn’t find something interesting like you do, you resort to “you’re intimidated by your own self” rather than just accepting that not everyone gets stimulated by the same stuff. I also felt bored listening to this. It’s not insightful to me. Other things I find insightful won’t be insightful to you. It’s not any deeper than that my friend
People are programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things that means nothing and its relativ and an illusion create by society. If your happyness depend on extern factors you will never be because extern factors are endless. Happyness starts inside you so its a choice/ mindset. The more people around you, the more expectations, talk about others, lying, frustrations, negativity, jealousy, double standards, own benefits, hate, judge, comparing etc..... reflection of their broken empty souls. Alone or in solitude you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time so be the light in your life. The here and now is where the magic happens.
