its all about scale wanted it cheap you should have ordered 10 times same design or better(ur missing easy way to retro fit aca enable 120 years or longer + bye swapping out boiler...the biggest cost is the concrete shell and shielding bye making design with swapable boiler you automaticly make the project nearly free (thanks to inflation)) aca 70% nclr 0 co2
