Glad he’s looking well. What happened with covid it had a big impact on everyone around the club. It was sad the way he went, and the fans couldn’t be there to see him off. Hopefully he back in management, and get’s the deserving applause and appreciation from us blades fans for what he’s done for the club when he comes back to Lane. ⚪️🔴⚔️

Back in league one I never dreamed we would be roughing up the big boys in the top half of the Premier league. I hope Chris realises how much joy he brought. Not too sure what to believe what went off at the end but it shouldn't taint what he did.

@@watts4433 have to agree, after Preston away last season and the “gonna be changed and shocks for a few” we supposedly had players lined up, did not happen. Loanees and short term contract players went, plus Tav who is a big loss as many overlook his pace and energy. He is set for life now or should be. A real bond started between players and fans and I hope we can keep this under the new person esp if results pick up.

During my 45 years as a Blade since I was 10. Bassett Warnock Wilder in that order . It's all debatable of course but when you look at what Basset and Warmock achieved with a laughable budget ( which is all relative) then they edge Wilder.

Still have nightmares about Basham scoring against us (Leeds) in the pissing down rain. He did a great job at Sheff Utd. Was a great battle that season seems quite a decent bloke tbf.

Best sheffield Utd manager, if he was managing us he would have got us promoted this season. Sitting on the kop never saw him make a wrong decision. Just hope things behind the scenes would have worked out better

I think he could do a great job at Forest, he's a great motivator, he took lower league players to the Premier league which was a great achievement , my only criticism would be of the big signings that failed and he seemed overwhelmed by the Premier league towards the end, I wish him all the best for the future and thanks for what he did for the Blades ⚔️
