I'm 24, from Texas. The only geno/cide ever taught to us was the holocaust and that they aren't common or rarely happen. The problem is that our schools refuse to teach us about it and what it is and how it happens. That's why GenZ are so mad about this because people are trying to hide this and tell us it isn't happening when we see with our own eyes it is. There is an agenda to hide this and keep people from learning about it. Older people may have been out of school for a long time and do not realize how much our school systems are failing us because there are people trying to make that happen.

Everyone under 30 grew up in school systems which never taught about either- and that Gsides are rare or never happen. Repubs have been trying to erase that Gsides ever happened, and wouldn't teach about the Hcost if they could without backlash. Repubs made the US education system fail and are surprised that people are still trying educate themselves despite their efforts. We want to know more but the people who were supposed to teach us failed at teaching. And it wasn't the teachers, it was the principles and school boards who want to teach there is no such thing as Rsism, Gside, Hphobia, etc. They made us uneducated on purpose, but that doesn't mean we're stupid.

Whoever heard of the Allies sending food to Germany and Japan in WWII?
