Despite both of them obviously not liking each other, they aren’t gonna fuck with each others money. Sometimes, that’s all you need to have between a coworker
Punk may have a certain others that don't like him but know the value of working with him, made respect to K.O for saying it like it is & K.O response is who he is.
They weren't smiling and laughing "together", they just so happened to share a ring. I'm sure KO has no warm feeelings towards Punk from his past experiences and the shit head Punk was toward some of his best friends.
That’s something these generations needs to understand : not every body you interact with NEEDS to like you or be friends with you. The only thing one must demand from others is respect. As long as respect is there y’all don’t need to be bff to work together
Respect is earned. Demanding anything is sure fire way of people just thinking you're an ass. And then you're going to struggle with those you have made demands of.
@@averylargecrow I used « demand » because I don’t have that much vocabulary in English to use another one(French is my first language , we got way more words to represent what I meant). Of course respect is earned , hence if you behave in a way that commands respect you do demand such respect from others , not as a « give me my respect/ acknowledge me » kind of way
I love how Kayfabe is coming back in a lot of ways for guys during interviews. Seth Rollins, KO, Drew, all these guys staying in character during media events is great.
Punk has pissed off pretty much the entire wrestling world at times. It's no secret has been very hard to get along with in the back. It's not kayfabe if the sentiment is true.
Tbf, he's totally right. Sometimes you just dont vibe with someone....you can work with eahc other but you're not ever gonna hang out because you just wouldn't get along. You cant be friends with everyone you meet and thats ok.
Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson hated each other. They've both done several interviews where they admitted this. Didn't stop them from working with each other, making money, and being one of the greatest tag teams in the history of the sport. C.R.E.A.M
You don't need to like each other to do business with each other. It is like at any other job. Not all of your co-workers are going to like you. Just be respectful & be professional
Kevin might be friends with the Elite, but he's still a thousand times more professional than either of them (though Kenny seems like the most reasonable one still). So even if he doesn't like Punk, it doesn't mean he's gonna cause drama about it. Matter of fact, I believe they could have a great feud together, blurring the lines between kayfabe and reality, making some more or less subtle references to Punk's "incidents" at AEW and do it professionally, without any personal animosity, just two wrestlers trying to give the people the best possible stories for entertainment 😉
I am praying hard that KO and Punk get drafted together. The level of promos that they will have on each other will be LEGENDARY!! And I know Owens will be professional enough to not go into the business for himself like Hangman Page did
The fact that so many coworkers from multiple promotions don't like Punk yet his mindless fans still think he's always innocent when there's bs surrounding him lol
You don't have to like everyone, right? They work together, but that doesn't mean they have to become best buddies. 100% ok with me and I guess for them as well.
I like that way of thinking from KO He is fine to work with people he doesn’t like as all people should be Hes courteous and otherwise just doesn’t interact with him
@@NoctuaOlivae Sami is totally different than Kevin. He can be extra at times but he works. Kevin worked with Stone Cold. He isn't trading that for AEW. He makes the KOMania shirts. SteenAll in doesn't sound the same.
“And now he thinks he’s special” that was said anywhere in the interview, using a clip of KO where he’s talking about someone is dirty. Also these people need to stop asking KO about Punk, they already know what kind of answer they’re going to get.
I never really cared for Owen’s cause I never really saw him that often all I saw was his stolen finishers and thought he wasn’t special, but the last 3 years showed his character work, I don’t want him to keep working the mid card with Logan anymore
You don't have to like someone to coexist with them. To be fair you'll probably have to coexist with people you don't like more than people you actually care about, so better learn to do it.
" CM Punk is back in WWE. Big surprise to us all. How do you feel about that ? " Owens: *thinking "Boooo"* Glad to see we have the same way of thinking, Kevin. 👍🏻 On another note, it's not a surprise at all. Hart and Warrior came back, and they had way bigger beef with WWE than Punk ever had. Punk is an attention seeking 304. Loves being in the spotlight, being the center of attention, way too much, to not come back. Everyone with a functional brain knew from day one he'd come back. It was only a matter of time. The only surprise is that it took him that long. I was convinced he'd return begging WWE to give him his job back in 1 year, 2 at most. But no, cause he found another way to stay under the spotlight, by going like " Let me go to the UFC and show them how tough I am and how much I'm the best in the world " . After hearing how that first match turned out, I gotta admit, even I who never watched UFC ( no interest in it ) I went and watched that match with a lot of interest, just so I could laugh my 🍑 off at his expense. Then, once the " best in the world " exposed himself in UFC for being the best fraud in the world that he is. He went to AEW. And I was glad he did, since it meant we weren't gonna see him in WWE anytime soon. Was relieved to know that. Sadly, he's so unlikable and self-centered that they quickly fired him, realizing no one in their right mind would ever want to work with an egocentric diva like him. Leaving him nowhere else to go, to stay in the spotlight that he craves so much, than WWE. 😒 Can't wait 'til he gets fired, again. Hopefully, for good this time. Throw him out, let him be someone else's problem. AEW quickly understood that was the only way to go about him. Hopefully, WWE ends up remembering it too.
The thing about WWE is that the wrestlers are professional even when they hate each other. Guys like AJ, Finn, Sami and KO are very good friends with young bucks. But unlike them they don't quarrel around in locker room.
Yeah the only guy we have any proof of being unprofessional is Punk himself. Even before AEW he was hitting heads with people his whole career and he has acted like he was just a passive victim.
they're all in a tight circle. all the indie guys. it's pretty much unanimous they all dislike Punk. Punk was basically THAT GUY, the guy who came into the room and ruined the vibes.
Dude it’s just every other job lmao. We all have coworkers we don’t like but we’re friendly with at work because it’s the respectful thing to do. Don’t know why people in the comments want them to be best friends
You say this when KO was at one point in time the company's top champion and literally beat the face of the company his first night on the main roster.
