I wanted to personally thank Peter Fury for opening up to us, and allowing me an insight into his personal life. If you enjoyed our interview, please do remember to hit subscribe as we have some more great content coming your way
You were not joking when you said "look what's coming tomorrow ". The best part of that whole interview was the respect you had for Peter when asking some "raw" questions . He obviously has just as much respect for you. I know RU-vid is a business, but it's nice to see this sort of approach. Well done mate....others take note.
@@theconspiracyfactualist.144 thank you for the brilliant review and observation. Truly means a lot. I know I said it yesterday but theres more coming this week. Watch out bud 🤝
Look at the level of this interview compared to the likes of IFL.. Fantastic content BKM. Fast becoming my favourite channel alongside ID Boxing. Big up yourself 👊🏻
Peter Fury is a straight shooter... no BS from him, and able to admit to his many mistakes in life. A real gent and a committed Christian. One of life's good one's. Wishing all the Fury family a blessed Christmas and a positive new year full of happiness.
10:25 hit deep with me. I'm not a druggy by any means but going out with the boys a few nights a week when you have a loving family at home has made me reevaluate my life going in to this year. Thank you Peter
Firstly I want to give big respect to you as an interviewer 10/10 you are very articulate and calm in the conversation. Secondly I've never met Peter fury but I have watched everything that he has done over the past decade and think he is a wonderful fella and has good morals. I do my best to live my life in the best way I can but I do look up to Peter as he is exemplary as a man.
Honest speaking genuine man is Peter Fury...if more people were like him in not only boxing but life in general what a better place it would be...Absolutely superb interview and nice to see an interviewer let their guest speak and not interupt them constantly...Take a bow both of you guys...👏🏻🥊👏🏻🥊😍😍
Really good interview with one of the finest trainers we've got in the UK, and a man who has so much wisdom to pass on about life in general.....Enjoyed it. Credit to the channel...doing a great job with some outstanding recent content.
hes literally awful in the corner of big fights. was awful when Hughie fought Parker and awful when Marshall just fought shields. hes a top bloke to listen to, but not a top trainer
Cracking interview, for which the lad had obviously prepared well. Big 2023 ahead for BKM! Peter Fury always coms across as such an honest, loyal man. Made his mistakes down the years [as have we all; although probably not on his scale], yet is always comfortable to acknowledge and state his regrets. A wise man that I imagine the vast majority of people can learn from. His kids are lucky to have him as their Dad and his nephews as their uncle. Hopefully him and Tyson can find a way to be a bigger part of each others lives. Life's too short.
Some serious prep went into delivering this and getting it right without trying to disrespect Peter. Thank you Paul, huge plans for next year God Willing
@@BoxingKingMedia Guessing you've set uploads/views/hours viewed targets, plus whatever other subsequent KPIs are relevant to your business, in place for 2023. Keep on your current path and you'll smash 'em 👊 God willing, of course 🙏
@@BoxingKingMedia I was listening to Highfield Boxing pod on the way home earlier: Solid comments about your channel. Unlikely new news to you, however I think Terry could be an interesting guest for you to interview?
Another great interview, I like how B King always lets his guests speak without jumping in and spoiling the flow of the conversation, always mixing the questions up and never predictable. Nice work 👍🥊🥊
I've met Peter too, I advertised a 4' 5" budgie cage on FB free for collection as my daughters had sadly passed away and Peter turned up, I was a little intimidated at first as he had a gentleman who appeared to be dribbling in the passenger seat but he told me it was his son Hughie who he had brought along to sling it in the back for him.
Just come across this and I found it the most engrossing interview on life & boxing I think I've ever seen Peter fury is so knowledgeable and articulate, kudos to you the interviewer you did one tremendous job sir,
As an Irish traveller 🍀 the amount of respect I have for Peter and the fury name ☘️🥊 is immense I'm proud of the Fury's as a traveller 💯 would love if big H fury could win the world title for his father 👍 would be amazing after all there hard work fingers crossed ☘️
Whatever you think of the Fury’s they’ve shook up the world of boxing and indeed social media. Genuine God fearing people who are not afraid to announce it in this fake, selfie obsessed world. Peter always has an opinion, knows why he thinks what he thinks and is a straight shooter. A man with a past who doesn’t deny his mistakes and lessons he’s learnt. Whenever I see an interview with this man I know I’m going to learn something. I wish him all the best.🙏❤️🥊.x
@@MrMoralTurpitude Peter was a massive part of that. So is Tyson’s father. So is the history of there fighting lineage. So are his brothers. It’s a unique family as well as just Tyson. For the record the Gypsy King is a phenomenon, the greatest of his generation and one of the best ever.x
I agree - not many others have had that impact. I think the idea of taking people for what they are and on their word, is very important. If Peter Fury was to fail, I am sure he would admit it. That is what is not understood about Christianity - the faithfull suffer their wrong doings much more than the atheist - it is a realisation that there is more at stake and overcoming your shortfalls is tough. All said and done, he cites the right things, so if nothing else, that is a quality.
I agree most people who are asked if they cried in prison would say no when truth is most do. I cried like a baby in 1988 because I missed my family and loved ones and Life's experiences over the years humble us and if it does not humble then I would say you need help because being humbled and getting through Life's tough challenges makes us. Wise man end off chat 👍
@@paulthompson5482 he was trained by his uncle hughie until 2014 when he passes away.... only then did Peter start training Tyson, think Peter only trained him for like 2 fights before the wlad fight. tyson was already made.... I could have trained Tyson to that world title at that point. the only success Peter has had is through Tyson, and that was nothing to do with Peter and everything to do with tyson. truth is, Peter is a very overrated trainer, look at tyson now he has a proper trainer.... hughie and savannah should fly the nest and get a proper trainer in. Peter was awful in the corning of Hughies fight with Parker, and savannahs fight with shields. tactically horrendous, no plan B, and horrific instructions in the corner
Amazing interview, well done. It is clear Peter was referring to the Tyson situation when talking about MH. Peter is pure class and so is this channel. My favourite boxing channel
That last couple of minutes of that interview must of put a smile on your face mate, also not licking peters jeer , but im not sure he realises how much hes liked and respected by the boxing fans if you go through the comments in any interview he's ever gave you'll see 99% positive and thats rare in the boxing world or the youtube one , be lucky
Merry Christmas Peter to you and your family I’ve had a difficult day mentally but I’ve drawn a little bit strength from your wisdom and faith thank you ‘ and thanks to the interviewer he does seem a very respective person
hes not a great trainer hes literally awful in the corner of big fights. was awful when Hughie fought Parker and awful when Marshall just fought shields. hes a top bloke to listen to, but not a top trainer. tyson beat wlad based on pure raw talent, not anything Peter did. tyson was trained by his uncle Hughie until he died and only then did Peter step in. tyson was already half made
@@JC-ko1bp Peter was the one who said the fight was off unless they removed some of the sponge from under the canvas and kept tyson focused when everyone wanted him to fail from his own country but your comment doesn't make sense about him being awful in the corner for big fights if he was that awful he wouldn't have got his fighter's to big fights in the first place anybody can talk a good en in a corner or look flashy with some pad drills that's the easy bit the hardest bit is preparation for a fight and keeping your fighter in the right place mentally you can have all the talent in the world but with the wrong people round you it means nothing James toney and Edwin valero are perfect examples
@@JC-ko1bp and everyone fought hughie peat parker aswell then you mention Marshall losing to shields that was an undisputed fight the other was a world title challenge against parker who beat ruiz and ruiz beat Joshua and like I said everybody thought hughie beat parker name another trainer from England who has trained a boxer from there debut to a unified world champion in Marshall and a heavyweight title challenger apart from Rob mccracken with froch and aj now suddenly he's no good apparently Adam booth we haye then mcguigan with josh Taylor and Frampton then brendan ingle with naz who went to supposed best trainer about manny steward then got beat my point is it was just about talent why have the boxers iv mentioned gone on to look worse after splitting with a trainer apart from froch who was probably the least talented but has the best record any trainer can look like Roger mayweather on pads in front of camera there's a lot more to being a good coach than judging how good a coach is from what they say in a corner most successful boxers turn out to not be a very good coach tbh manny steward was only amateur so was eddy reynoso
Peter is a real human being💯. I like people who are honest and just say what they think. That's pretty rare these days with the amount of fake people pleasers out there.
Life is like this, it gets rough we all make mistakes life's a journey we are all making.. you live and learn come back stronger and blessed. If you maintain your good heart / intentions and you pass on some of the things life's taught you.. you're doing well. Godbless Peter top boxing trainer top man. Realist
Fought the reporter started of edgy with Peter, but the story of life brought out Peter very good interview and good on Peter for showing he's true grit of a man always gets my respect
This is great content and an example of how to interview. Top job. Peter Fury absolute straight as they come. You learn a lot listening to him. Superb.
one of the best interviews with Peter Fury ..for a good interview, it needs a good interviewer 👌🏻 ..had a well depressing day at work today labouring, pretty well all~day had people trying to put me down & belittle me ..I’m an atheist & I feel like listening to a Peter Fury interview will do me as much good as reading the bible 😂 ..top man & would love to personally ask him about the “zig~zag technique” that was in the pre~planning for Klitschko/Fury 15’ ..he could replace 100 politicians in House of Commons ..cheered me up 💯👌🏻
Love peter fury says it as he sees it,straight up n down no bullshit.nice guy! Wishing more ppl were like him its not the world we live in today.gr8 interview
I have to comment further. I ate and trained with Peter for 14 months and let me tell you he what as polite as they can come and Did not suffer fools or shit talk easily. Not ringing the bell. I remember eating vinegar land every Sunday with Peter. He has a great sense of humours that I member so clearly Razmi and he was also a lovely man. Well done Peter for a great interview mate. I love it when people see you Peter your a great role model to people for being a decent person . I cannot say enough about this interview and man who I respect and love as a good friend and man. 👌
I’m glad you enjoyed the interview. Thank you so much for watching it all and I hope it inspired you in someway and yes I agree Peter is a brilliant gentleman
@@BoxingKingMedia watching the interview really was good. Everything you see there is 100% genuine and it’s a quality for us all to learn from. I could talk all day about Peter. Thank you again for your reply and I wish you all well for 2023 💙🥊👌
thinking he was having a few digs at his brother throughout that interview......comes across as a genuine guy...hope he goes on to help many young people
@@dean7652 my guess is something to do with Tommy Fury..maybe not helping him or maybe told John the truth that he's not vert good...Travellers don't like to open up too much on most things especially family problems.
If I had a choice of meeting 3 different persons 2 of them have passed away, the late princess of wales lady diana unfortunately not with us. Then late Mandela. And this gentleman Peter fury everything about him is a gentleman,I hope once I’ve had my surgery i hope one day of shaking his hand. There is no bullshit from Peter . Top man
Think Peter Fury is fantastic. Could listen to him all day. He's the best of the Furys for me: great trainer: he's made mistakes but he knows his moral compass. respect
peter fury has done things in life what people coulnt imagine and come thru to be the pound for pound best trainer in the world all on his own and he has got a great fighting squad big respect to the man
Your so dead pan with your responses box 🤴 haha it’s brilliant - really wish Tyson and Peter would acknowledge each other in a interview just once though 👍🏽
Have to say I've always liked Peter a lot very smart guy did a terrific job with Tyson also an that sometimes goes unnoticed I can't believe I only spotted interview now on RU-vid
Great interview, Babar Ahmed who shared a cell with Peter at Strangeways talks about Peter being a gentleman, a man of God, and someone not to mess with. Would have been interested hearing from Peter about sharing a cell with Babar Ahmed who was convicted for terror1$m
