Really pumped to see this Max is a great dude and has amazing talent with more seat time hes gonna be back and continue to get stronger he’s got a lot of people rooting for him for 2025!
That sciatic nerve pain is hell , I had similar experience and it was the most pain I’ve ever experienced . Felt like someone was ripping my legs off my body and shooting electric shocks from head to toe
Me too! I lost the leg above the knee due to a motocross injury, and I dealt with terrible sciatic nerve pain for seven years until I finally found a surgeon to reroute the nerves I was on the strongest dose of fentanyl that one can have for seven years just to live a somewhat normal life No one will ever understand that pain unless you go through it wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
Had issue myself, had sciatic issues for years due to over lifting when I was younger. Few years ago something went in my back, it was agony to walk, couldn’t even sit in a chair. Was like that for 2 weeks, was just taking pain killers you can buy at any store. Didn’t work. Friend of mine gave me some Tramadol, 1 pill & in half an hour I was fine, whatever was in that pill relaxed whatever was causing the issue.
I used to stay late when hangtown was closing for the day, the track was beat up, and admire Max ripping it up out there as he put in laps prepping/practicing for the season. He’s an amazing athlete with tons of potential. Hoping for good health so he can rep us here to the best of his abilities in NorCal. ✌🏻
Geez! What a hard road to go down... Club MX is a cool deal. This may sound bad, What I mean is they offer these guys a Safety net to be able to see if they can over come the adversity they have' been through.Jeremy, Phil, Garrett are a few. I hope Max gets back to where he was. because he looked good before his accident.
These guys will never be compensated enough for what they do and go thru at the top level. They should be making on par with all top professional sports, stick and ball, F1, etc.
Never going to happen. Motocross and super cross do not bring even close to the money football does nor has the viewers. It's unfortunate but that's reality. The win purse should be a lot better though.
Wow, this poor dude! i don't think most truly understand the utter torment this kid went through with that. That kind of prolonged severe pain can drive a person to suicide. two and a half weeks in the hospital alone is brutal. Then addicted to opiates and had to get off that, that is continued deathly sickness. I hope this guy gets something out of racing after enduring that. What badass MF'er!
