This has been going on for *at least decades* worth of time - a single 4 year election won't be enough. And that's if we even win. And then what? 10- 12 million illegal entries during Biden/Harris. They initially revoked Trumps border policies, then in the last few months put them back in place...because they worked better and to make claims of being tough on the border leading up to the 2024 election. The so called bipartisan border bill celebrated by Chuck Schumer, was turned down because there was nothing about order security in it. It was more a way of spreading around money in the swamp with another bloated pig of a bureaucracy in the form of 200 or so million for a border facility. 🤦

This is a great interview! I wondered who this Bret Weinstein is and was glad to discover a sane informed Democrat. I looked up his book A Hunter-Gatherer's Guide to the 21st Century: Evolution and the Challenges of Modern Life and used an audible book credit to buy it. The United States has enough immigration courts to handle 300 people per day. The USA NEEDS 1500 per day allowed in per day to maintain population. About 2500 per day to maintain a workforce. There is a built in shortfall that results in a backlog of 7 years. Reagan had to deal with it forty years ago and Congress still hasn't fixed it. Policy gives way to money every time.
