This video was shot on my coach a cpl hours before the show in GA. I got invited to play that night with the Late Great Billy Joe Shaver with Eddy playing lead. Will post some of that later
Eddy Shaver was such a great guitarist. Thank you so much for posting. There's not enough Eddy content on RU-vid and he certainly deserves more recognition for his incredible talent.
That video was made in 1998 or 99 and I think it was 99 me and a good friend drove by Coach down to Georgia to meet Billy Joe Shaver. I was a big fan and we wound up making friends and that was the first night that I got to play with him, Eddie and I were out in the bus before the show and then I went on stage and played with Billy Joe and daddy and the drummer in the base and I’ve got some of that on video too I’ll postsoon
