Many of these homes are used during the winter season and for the most part, valuable art, and other items are shipped to warehouses, typically around high and dry Orlando. Insurance companies also have "Strike Force" teams that come in and remove valuables that may be in the homes in cases such as a hurricane threat. For the most part, the properties in this range are prepared well ahead of hurricane season, and the homes themselves are built to a very high degree with hurricanes in mind to minimize damage.
@@omairtech6711 The Hamptons, Kennebunkport, Jackson Hole, The Yellowstone Club, Aspen and other very nice summer places, heck, even Highlands, NC. Or they are from northern cities from which many of the snowbirds winter over in Florida.
My grandparents lived here till 1985....till they were deceased. I visited here and also lived on 3rd street south. They lived on Spyglass Lane and the house was the required one story. Now people will build anything they want. It was nicer back then.
Were gonna film all over SWFL afterwards we already got started but there are still many challenges to working like access to fuel as a prime example. Were doing the best we can
I understand that the property on Gordon Drive (2500) was sold for $49 million, and got demolished to build something bigger & better. Is that built and completed now?
